Loveramics Coffee Drippers are beautiful, their ribbed patterns are not only visually pleasing but also functional, as it creates an ideal water flow. Their ribs act as a barrier to keep the filter paper off the wall of the dripper, stopping it from sticking and therefore, impacting the overall flow of water. A faster flow results in brighter acidity but with less body, whereas a slower flow will give sweetness and a richer body.
There are two types of drippers available on our retail shelves, each with a different rib pattern and therefore, flow speed. The green dripper has more ribs which produce a smoother taste, as the water can pass through faster compared to the white dripper which creates a strong taste from a slower flow rate. While our ideal cuppa is made with the smooth dripper as it has a similar result to the more expensive Hario v60, for those who prefer their coffee with a bigger kick, the strong dripper will work perfectly for you.
A separate stand that was designed specifically for these Loveramics drippers, is also available for purchase at an additional cost. These stands provide enhanced stability while brewing and also add to the overall visual aesthetic of your setup. It is also important to note that the silicon ring which holds the dripper in place, can come off to be washed separately.
