Each cafe has its own catering menu, which is handcrafted by our own kitchens and prepared with precision. We take great care in ensuring inclusivity when it comes to dietary requirements, our team have the ability to curate menu items to match every need.
Spectra, Fields and Percy all offer Buffet and Canapé Menus for events hosted inside our sites.
Offering both bite-sized and larger options, our chefs can provide dishes for any group type. As with our Catering Menus, we are able to cater to allergies and dietary needs.
Percy and Fields were expertly designed to take into account the need for a private space to host meetings, parties and other functions.
